What is transitional kindergarten?
Transitional kindergarten is the first year of a two-year kindergarten program. With two years of kindergarten, children are more prepared to move forward in their learning skills. This gives them greater confidence, knowledge, and ability to take on their next level of schooling.

What age does my child have to be in order to enroll in transitional kindergarten?
According to the California Department of Education, a child must have his/her fifth birthday between September 2 and December 2 to be admitted to a transitional kindergarten program.

What age groups do you serve?
We offer infant care services for children 6 months to 18 months; followed by toddler care for children 18 months to 24 months. Our preschool program and transitional kindergarten program are for kids 24 months to 6 years old.
